Arabic Invoice and Receipt Reader

Read Arabic and English invoices and receipts from a photo into vendor, date, line items, tax and total, with every calculation redone. Export CSV.

Photograph an invoice or receipt and get a table of vendor, date, invoice number, currency, line items, tax and total — as written — and then its arithmetic is redone in code so you know whether it adds up.

Each line's quantity is multiplied by its price, the lines are summed against the subtotal, and subtotal, tax and discount are checked against the total. Every figure is looked up in the image's text, and anything not found is flagged before you rely on it.

Who it is for

  • Accountants

Supplier invoices entered without typing the figures.

  • Employee expenses

Trip receipts in a single table.

  • Shop owners

Purchase invoices in CSV for the books.

  • Auditing

An invoice whose sums do not match stands out at once.

How it works

  1. Photograph the invoice or receipt and upload it.
  2. Fields and line items are read exactly as written.
  3. Line totals, subtotal, tax, discount and total are recomputed in code.
  4. Figures not found in the image's text are flagged; download the result as CSV.

Frequently asked questions

Does it correct wrong figures?

No. Figures are copied as written and the arithmetic is redone only to tell you whether it matches.

Does it understand Arabic numerals and separators?

Yes: “١٬٢٣٤٫٥٠”, “1,234.50” and “1.234,50” are all read as the same number.

Does it work on English invoices?

Yes — Arabic, English and bilingual invoices.
